Pre-expansion: The process begins with the pre-expansion of EPS beads. The beads are fed into a pre-expander, where they are exposed to steam and heat.
Variable volume barrel inherits the foam- ing precision of the small barrel and also has the characteristics of high efficiency of the large barrel. The raw materials can be turned 360° in the barrel and heated evenly. The uniformity of the foam partic- les is also very good.
The feeding and discharging speed of the conical barrel is very fast. The feeding speed is increased by 50%, and the dis- charging efficiency is increased by 65%.
Variable volume barrel optimizes the EPS pre-expansion mechanism and heating process, and has the characteristics of high efficiency and high output. The amount of steam required to prepare one ton of materials can be saved by 20%.
lt pre-expands black suspended graphite materials through a special heating process, which has a higher expansion ratio than conventional pre-expanders.
